Belmont Village Condominiums, 539 Belmont Ave. W. Kitchener. I have clients who want to buy a condominium in or close to Uptown Waterloo but so far they have been unable to sign on the dotted line. The problem for them is they can't commit to a buying a living space that they have to visualize from the builders plans. It is a real joy to walk through the model suites here. All you have to imagine is where your furniture will go. When you walk in the door the suites feel spacious. Most of the models have entry ways large enough to hold your whole family as they take off their boots or to park your bicycles. The main living areas feature crown mouldings and gas fireplaces. Some of these features are soaker tubs in the main bathrooms, window coverings for privacy and heat exposure in the summer and imported granite counter tops.
If you act quickly you may still be able to purchase one of the corner units that has a balcony large enough to comfortably fit a good size table and a barbecue. These balconies are perfect for summer entertaining. Some of the units have two balconies.
The Belmont Condominiums range in price from $215,950 to $439,950. Condo fees range from $215.29 per month to $427.46 per month. The model suites are open on Saturdays and Sundays.
