Hello, thanks for taking the time to visit my website! My interest in Real Estate came in the midst of some record years. It is truly an honor and a pleasure, to be a part of one of the most important financial transactions in a persons life.
I believe in a simple but effective plan for all my clients, a plan that includes a marketing strategy, advertising package and much more. I take great pride in being known as a selling professional, and will do whatever is necessary to satisfy a clients needs and achieve the best possible price.
It is my duty to provide knowledgable and honest opinions to all clients, with respect to their Real Estate needs. In dealing with Real Estate transactions, representation is crucial, and I represent all clients with respect, diginity, honesty and pride.
Toronto is a key portal for North America, along with historical low Interest rates, making it an excellent time to purchase, or invest in the real Estate market. The Toronto real estate market is very healthy in comparison to other parts of the world .
Professional Background
Beginning my sales career in 1988 as Sales Account Representative, initially working for a number of large firms, DELL Computer Corporation being one of them, I achieved the Key Account Representative of the month, and several other sales awards.
In 1993, I started up a Tax Consulting Company, at first helping distribution companies retain back fuel tax refunds, then expanding into Property Assessment Appeals, dealing with a multitude of properties ranging from Condominiums to 300,000 Square Foot office buildings, across the GTA. I handled appeals at the Assessment Review Board and Ontario Municipal Boards on behalf of Property Owners against the Municipal Assessment Offices and Ministry Lawyers.
In 2008 it became mandatory for all Property Tax Consultants/agents that provided Legal services in tribunals to be registered paralegals with the Law Society of Upper Canada, which I completed in full.
