I have 42 years experience in buying, selling or leasing residential, industrial and commercial real estate. In today's market, it is important that consumers work with real estate professionals, who, are not only knowledgeable of the market and different neighbourhoods, but also of the product selection available and the unique situations that arise when purchasing or selling real estate.

Acquired my C.R.B.(Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and F.R.I. (Fellowship of the Real Estate Institute of Canada).

Obtained my FRI designation through Queens University 1974
Acquired my CRB disignation thorugh the National Association of Realtors 1981
I am continuing with educational seminars and workshops, annually, keeping up with changes in the real estate industry.
