I have 40 years experience in buying, selling or leasing residential, industrial and commercial real estate. In today's market, it is important that consumers work with real estate professionals, who, are not only knowledgeable of the market and different neighbourhoods, but also of the product selection available and the unique situations that arise when purchasing or selling real estate.
Acquired my C.R.B.(Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation from the Realtors National Marketing Institute and F.R.I. (Fellowship of the Real Estate Institute of Canada).

Personal Background
I am from Guyana, South America, having grown up in Beterverwagting on the East Coast of Demerara. Atended Tutorial High School. I joined the Guyana Police Force in 1961 and was sent to Scotland Yard in London, England to study photographer. Moved to New York City in November1967, where I started in sales of photographic products. Another experience was in Washington DC in sales of clothing and furniture, for a couple years, while meeting interesting people.
Came to Toronto in January 1970, and eventually obtained my canadian citizienship. I got to love selling; so about a year later, I obtained my real estate licence.
It's seems as it was yesterday. Love being involved in the real estate business of buying, selling and leasing of residential and commercial properties, to this day.
Personal Interests
My past time is power boating; usually spending a lot of time on Lake Simcoe.
Friends and collegues are always welcomed to join me, enjoying the outdoors.
