A restaurant on the river sounds crazy right? For the second year in a row Raw: Almond will be serving gourmet meals in a heated tent on the frozen Red and Assiniboine rivers starting on January 24 and will run for three weeks.
It features chefs from some of the best restaurants in Winnipeg including Deseo Bistro, Segovia, Elements, Peasant Cookery, Pizzeria Gusto and Bistro 7+1/4.
It sold out in one week last year so if you want tickets you will need to grab them early! I went last year and it is definitely one of the most memorable things you will do all winter.
