Reading the stats for August, and the negative spin everyone is putting on our Market, lets talk about Calgarys numbers, yes we are down from last June, July, August of last year, they were record months do to a shitty start of that year. I believe the fall Market will be fine, listings have come off, interest raates  are very low, and i see and read positive signs in our Economy, not doom and gloom. We are not over built like a lot of US cities, our Builders dont flood the Market like the US. Most of the Canadian builders are concervative and when they see signs of a slow down  they put building on hold very quickly especially after the 08 melt down. If buyers stay away but have to move, they rent, that helps tighten that market and investors start coming back for better financial returns.
