Referrals
I think we all forget that we can help all our clients/ friends find there retirement home/ second property, i just personally sent a referral for a friend and i am sure it will work out because i personally know the agent from all our travels.
We should encourage all our agents to do the same.
On a similar note, i tried to google another agent and didnt find him and or his web page, from what we have all been taught, we need to have our online exposure complete.
