Welcome to my Website!
Housing requirements need to be kept in step with the different stages of family life. On average, Canadian families spend approximately 30% of their after-tax family income on housing and change their homes approximately every 5 years. Consequently, investment in the largest portion of a family’s income requires proven professional guidance.
The activities of real estate salespersons go far beyond the basics of showing properties and negotiating the terms of an agreement. The trend towards consumerism and the proliferation of laws and regulations that can affect a real estate transaction require specialized knowledge on the part of a salesperson.
With over 20 years of cumulative sales experience in the Real Estate and the local High Tech industry, I offer unparalleled customer service including planning, researching, staging, organizing and advice in real estate matters. I will guide you and provide assistance at every step of the complex process to eliminate surprises and disappointments and ensure success whether you are purchasing a new home or marketing your present home.

Our home in Kanata recently sold with the help of our Century 21 listing agent Bani Ahara, she was excellent, honest and cooperative. She took time to guide us through the process as well as listen and happy to answer all our questions.
Bani's real estate knowledge was an immense help and we would be happy to recommend her to any future clients.
March 29, 2013 - from Christina Mullally
As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous and intimidated entering the process of looking for a home. What a good stroke of luck it was to have found Bani! I look back and feel incredibly grateful that she represented me as my realtor. I now have a wonderful home that is exactly what I had hoped for, and more.....
March 27, 2013 - Gord McRobie
My house in the Katimavik area of Kanata has recently sold. Bani Ahara was my listing agent and we worked together from August 2012 to March 2013. I found that Bani, from the outset, gave me great ideas to prepare my house for sale and be attractive to prospective buyers. She was always very friendly, obliging and cooperative. Not only did she work very hard to sell my house but she went beyond in assisting me in finding a new place to live…..
