Average prices: to date Port Colborne/Wainfleet and Fonthill/Pelham show declines in the average sale price of -16% and -10% respectively. Fort Erie and Thorold show increases of 25% and 23% respectively. Noteworthy increases are also indicated in Niagara Falls at 14% and Welland at 12%. 

Unit Sales: to date the number of unit sales are down in Fort Erie, Lincoln, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St. Catharines and Thorold. All other cities show an increase in unit sales over the same time last year.
