Beautiful day on the Cabot Trail Nov. 13/10 14 degrees.

I've been back doing some short jogs on the Trail. On thursday I did 3km into a heavy head wind. Friday I did 4km into another heavy head wind. Saturday is beautiful no wind and 6km and I feel great. What a day, check out the picture of a beautiful day looking over the ocean. Quite a place this Cape Breton Island.
