I was Born in Manila, Philippines. Grow up and raised in Looc, Cardona, Rizal. Obtain Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology in 1976 ( Phil.), Passed the Board Exam in 1977. Moved to Canada in 1978, where I work at Standard Knitting Company, making, $ 2.68/ hour. In 1982 I, bought a grocery store in Saint Boniface, after three years, sold the business and start My Real Estate Career.
