Fishing for trout

Fishing is a relaxing sport. Today's weather was perfect so a group of friends and I decided to go to a nearby river to do some river float fishing. Fishing in a river is a lot different than fishing in a lake; the water flows downstream at a quick pace. the key is to cast upstream and let your float and bait flow downstream. This process is repeated 10000x. The water was really clear today and you could see fishes everywhere. Many of them were stubborn and did not take our bait. Since I'm a beginner, I didn't expect to catch much. I ultimately landed a really small sucker fish which was quickly released back to the wild. My friends however each caught a rainbow trout. I will definitely do this again in the near future to escape from the busyness of city life.
