With over 28 years of real estate experience, I am proud to be associated with the professionalism of Century 21. This is a very forward thinking organization with many tools to help in the marketing of your home. We have a unique strategy which includes every listing having its own distinctive website, url sign riders where possible, print and online flyers, Google streetview, Google word ads and Showcase 21 photo tours. This is available for your home 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
My responsibilities as office trainer include working with new and existing sales representatives to fully integrate the internet technology and tools that are available through the CENTURY 21 system as well as providing coaching to increase the level of service to our clients and customers.
Life long learning is one of my favourite interests and one that ties into my roles as office trainer and national trainer for the CREATE 21 course with CENTURY 21 Canada.

Those who know me well, know how much I love to read, attend courses and learn as well as teach. For over 4 years I have had the enjoyment of helping new sales representatives in our office in my capacity as office trainer. This continues to be a source of fullfillment and creativity as well as a way of paying back all of the guidance and help that I have received over the past 28+ years from many mentors.
In 2011 I completed the SRES - 50+ Market Designation Course! Being part of that demographic myself, I found this very helpful in being aware of the future needs of boomers and zoomers.
My area of expertise lies within the residential market including condominiums and detached homes. I love assisting first time buyers as their needs are high and helping them understand the process and educating them is of upmost importance. Move-up buyers often have completely different expections and situations to be dealt with.
In 2007 I completed the Century 21 course entitled "Mature Moves", which is designed to assist the more senior client make an intelligent and thoughtful transition into the next phase of their housing needs. In 2011, I achieved the SRES - 50+ market designation course as well. Having been a homeowner myself for the past 30+ years, I am also aware of all the ages and stages between these two ends of the market and will accomodate whatever your particular requirements are. Both Buyers and Sellers will benefit from my experience, professionalism and thoroughness.
I moved to the Blue Mountain/Collingwood area in 1989 and have found it a great place to raise 2 boys and to call home.
With the variety of activities available such as golf, mountain biking, hiking trails, snowboarding, skiing and skating located close by by there is always something to keep myself and the boys busy!
As a member of Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club there are lots of opportunities to relax (sometimes) on the course while enjoying the scenery of the area.
Since 2007 I have been an active volunteer with the Georgian Triangle Association of Realtors. Currently I am sitting on the Professional Standards Committee, but have also contributed time and effort for various charitable events and task forces.
I also contribute time and effort as part of office initiatives such as the Santa Claus Parade barbecque for Easter Seals, Bowl for Kids, Adopt a Road cleanup and Hike for Hospice.
