Hi, my name is Beverly Polnau. When it comes to Realtors, there are 3 things you need: Someone who knows the area, someone who knows about houses, and most importantly, someone who knows about homes.
You want a Realtor who knows the area: I've lived in and around Winnipeg all my life, so you'll get the insiders look on a town that I believe is the place to live.
You want a Realtor who knows a thing or two about houses: I grew up around houses. My father was a builder/contractor and taught me so many valuable lessons about what's important in the solid construction of a good home.
Most importantly, you want a Realtor who knows homes: As a Realtor covering Winnipeg and surrounding area, I search for homes and know them inside and out; I cultivate my community network to learn about upcoming homes; and I actively participate in making this a great place to live.
