Home Appraisals
Your Realtor can do a CMA (comparative market analysis) for you, but for a detailed evaluation there are specialists for that. Be aware that the appraisal that you obtain for yourself may not be eligible for mortgage financing. Your financial institution may insist that you get a different appraisal.
