The Spring market, May and June, has been extremely busy. Well priced homes in good condition are typically selling in under two weeks. This can still be attributed to low interest rates and a lack of homes on the market. It's not uncommon for home owners to see multiple offers, and, at the asking price or better!
It looks like summer has finally made it's long awaited appearance and with that we are seeing increased interest in the cottage market. Sales are happening however we are seeing less activity in the $500,000 and up range.
