STEP ONE... FIRST LOOK
The prospective buyer is touring your neighbourhood.
Appearance outside can make or break an appointment to see the inside of your home.. (and it does happen, they see a mess and make all kinds of excuses not to go into the house).
So... Make sure lawns are cut, bushes trimmed, leaves raked, unnecessary vehicles out of driveway (they can't figure out how many cars can fit if you have trailers, boats and such in the driveway), windows cleaned, paint where needed, cleaned gutters, driveway freshly sealed if needed, interlocking cleaned of weeds and even, stairs levelled and solid, front door clean or freshly painted, removal of cobwebs.
Add some colour with either flowers or the theme for the season. Make it welcoming!!!
And then you know that you will have them on the first leg of viewing your home with a positive note.
