As Summer draws to an end.

Well, here we are in the middle of August and im not 100% sure summer ever really got started. All I can hope is that winter follows suit and stays nice and mild with very little snow.

Lawn Chair Luminata - Outdoor Film Series

The Barrie Film Festival invites you to enjoy a free outdoor screening in the park. Bring your blanket or lawn chair for a film under the stars. Seven free outdoor screenings this year in Barrie's downtown and on the beautiful waterfront. Select Wednesdays during June, July & August.

Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares for the next Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.
