4 weeks in a row with positive inventory but the positive number isn't too atrocious. The snow is gone for good now and we should now witness the true effects of a spring market. We might also see listings flatten out to a normal rate as failed sales attempts from last year slow down or sell. Only the best priced homes will sell in our current market.

Keep in mind it's is the ultimate buyers market in Central Ab and other varialbe indicate it might be thee best time to buy moving forward. For all the people out there planning to buy, understand a situation like this lends itself to being the best time to buy. It is currently an extreme buyers market throughout Central Ab and that's never as apparent as when it's over and you've missed it. Don't miss it. It will be an interesting year, and if you're planning to buy a home the market is in your favour - it might not be as favourable in a year. When listings far outnumber sales pricing will be impacted negatively.
