It's been awhile since we witnessed more than 25 single family homes sell in one week. Last week 28 sold. August was also also the biggest marginal difference in sales over to last year. Buyers might be searching and buying harder now with interest rate increase warnings out. Buying now, more than ever before, may most advantages. A low interest rate can save home owners so much money over 5 years. See inventory numbers at 2017 showed sales up 27.5% over 2016 -​
