August 2015 sales for single family homes remained stable - relative to 2014 [92 vs 93]. YTD sales are up 15.2% over the previous year [805 sales for 2015 vs 699 for 2014]
2015 Single family house prices slipped 1.4 % over the previous year (2014), hovering somewhere between 2011 & 2012 prices.
As for other areas beyond North Bay's trading area, Canadian sales & prices have increased. Ontario has had modest gains as well.
The national average price for homes sold in August was $433,367, up 8.7 per cent on a year-over-year basis.
Prices continued to rise in Ontario and B.C.
