Your October Market Analysis 2015

Well depending on who you talked to in Real Estate, they will have a different answer for you on the current market conditions.

Here are the stats from the North Bay Real Estate Board, Active Listings

Over all the listings are up in the City, Waterfront and in the Rural Areas.

The Average Sales Prices in the City prices are holding it's own, Waterfront is taking a hit, and more value is put towards to the Rural as more people seems to be moving out of the city.

The Number of sales in the City is up, Waterfront was about the same and Rural up over 16%


The average Sales Price mostly in the city is down, except for the Airport and College Heights area as some big price homes has been sell and boosting the avg sales price up!.  If you can afford the big houses there are deals to be had!  Mostly these homes cannot be replace for the price they are selling for!  Waterfront is way down in price and some Rural are increasing in price.

Our real estate market is on the Normal Trend and following the same sales characteristics of the year before.

What price range are selling the most?  You will be surprise!
