For Drumheller Rural, the averages selling price for October 2011 was $70,000, which was a decline from October 2010 of $92,000.
The current year to date is 123 solds with an average sale price of $241,666 for Drumheller Urban. This is an increase of 3.6% over last year, which had 92 solds at an average sale price of $233.362 The Drumheller Rural current year to date has decreased 16.2%, with 22 solds at an average sale price of $135,250 compared to last year with 27 solds with an average sale price of $161,422.
