In case you thought that I was just being an overconfident, overpositive real estate brokerage owner, I wanted to share some info with you.
I just received the latest numbers from the Real Estate Board.
In Feb. '08, there were 13 properties sold in Drumheller with a total value of $2,602,650.
In Feb. '09, there were 12 properties sold in Drumheller with a total value of $2,978,900.
