Recession Reeessmmession!
Dear Customers,
It has come to my attention that there is an impending recession, and I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that I will not be taking part in the recession this year.
Over the past few months, buyers have shown up, more eager to buy than ever, and year to year sales, and sale values are holding steady.
My advice to anyone looking to sell in this market, is the same as always. Price your property fairly according to the market, and we'll have no problem selling it.
The last year in our local real estate market can be seen as 'turmoil' or it can be viewed as a natural cycle. I often hear on the street, how many vacant buildings there are, and how many buildings are closing. I then have to remind the person which businesses have opened, and those that are just about to open.
There are many positive changes coming in our local real estate market, and it seems like a recession has hit our minds before it has begun to hit our finances. Please feel free to call.
