Bonnie originally hails from Kelowna, British Colombia but has been a resident of southern Ontario since 1992.  In seeking a quieter and simpler lifestyle for her family, in 2004, Bonnie chose to relocate to Cambridge and now lives in historic Preston. 

 Bonnie's drive to become an effective and sought-after real estate professional was fueled by her desire to serve her community yet maintain a work-life balance.  Bonnie was fortunate enough to find employment with Century 21 Watson Realty Ltd. in Cambridge, immediately after gaining her real estate license and has since achieved an impressive Diamond Sales Award in 2007 and again in 2008.

 Bonnie Bowman is an active leader in the real estate community in Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.  Licensed since 2005, she has worked tirelessly to develop a robust clientele.  Bonnie prides herself on honest, open communication and steadfast determination to succeed on behalf of her clients.

 

Specialties

Bonnie has been working in the condominium market for the past three years.  This has resulted in an in-depth knowledge of the market and organization of condominium corporations.  Bonnie has worked through the entire development of a condominium development corporation from the creation through to the full implementation.

When purchasing a condominium, it is critical that buyers understand what is included in their agreements.   There are significant variances in each condominium agreement which require precise and careful review to ensure client's needs are met.  Simply put, buyers must know what it is they are buying.  Bonnie's training and experience give her the expertise to do just that ensuring that her client's are happy and satisfied.

 

Community Involvement

Bonnie is active in the community.  She often assists with sorting food for the local food bank.  In addition, she participates in a charitable program called Samaritan's Purse - Operation Christmas Child.  This program involves filling shoe boxes with new toys, school supplies, and toiletries, for children in third-world countries.  Each year, hundreds of thousands of these boxes are delivered bringing smiles and much-needed Christmas joy to these needy kids.

For the holiday season of 2008and 2009, Bonnie has undertaken a large-scale project within Century 21 Watson Realty Ltd.  She has been charged with overseeing the building of the first Holiday float which was unveiled during the Cambridge Christmas parade which took place on November 15, 2008.  The float is a small scale replica of a traditional Victorian home found so often in the Cambridge community.  It promises to be a beautiful home perfect for an elf and his bride!  The 2009 parade was an overwhelming success, the wheather was perfect, the community was out by the thousands and the float was awarded with "Best Float Overall".

Personal Interests
