Airdrie Market for January
the number of sales are up slightly this year over 2011. There were at total of 62 sales in Airdrie in January 2012 compared to 2011. Interestingly, single family homes are up slightly at 49 sales with an average sale price of $376,400 compared to $362,092 last year. This means that the number of condo sales is down from last year as is their average price. 13 condo sales this year compared to 18 last year.
Our market feels a little bit busier than it has been and the warm weather has certainly helped that. There is good choice out there in all price ranges and interest rates are amazingly low.
