Interestingly, single family homes are up slightly at 49 sales with an average sale price of $376,400 compared to $362,092 last year. Check it out @ www.476SunsetLink.com This home has lots of the bells and whistles that you have been looking for in a house, hardwood floors, granite counter tops , travertine tile flooring, coffered ceilings. Really must be seen to be appreciated.
