Estevan Real Estate Update

Never a dull moment...day to day, month to month, year to year...the real estate market is a constantly evolving and changing entity.  We went through a period earlier this year of limited inventory, rising prices and an obvious seller's market.  Although I would not characterize our current market as an entirely buyer's market, there are certain aspects/areas of the market that are.  The over $300,000 - $600,000 resale market is most certainly seeing downward pressure.  An abundance (by comparison to previous years) of new homes and new lots earlier this year saw many choosing to buy or build new rather than renovate their older homes.  But of course, all of these folks had homes to sell and it's been competitive.  The house that wins is "best in show" for their category or price range.  It's the seller that does the clean up, tough ups and d
