Go Green Saskatchewan

The Government of Saskatchewan offers several programs to homeowners to assist them in going green. If you are looking at making some changes, check them out. You might qualify for a rebate on something you had planned to change anyway! Check them out on line.

1.Rebate for Low-Flush Toilets - $50.00 for qualifying toilets

2. Saskatchewan EnerGuide for Houses - maximum grant $10,000.00 recieved from federal and provincial combined

3. Energy Efficient Rebate for New Homes - incentives for those building to an EnerGuide 80 Standard

4. Saskatchewan Home Energy Improvement Program - financial assistance for low income and rental property owners to make energy efficient retrofits.

5. Geothermal and Self-Generated Renewable Power Loan Program- for residential, farm and businesses

6. Household Hazardous Waste Days - provides residents with an opportunity to dispose of products they don't use

7. Saskatchewan's Green Directory - listing of Saskatchewan- based suppliers that offer green products or services

8. Net Metering Program - designed to ensurethat our province is supplied with safe, reliable and sustainable electricity now and in the future
