When choosing a Realtor you need to ask yourself the question, “Are you buying into a brand name or the individual?”  Can you fully trust a Brand and a Real Estate Team based on the concept that bigger is better?  With me you will never end up as an insignificant number on a billboard somewhere in Barrie at year end!

Did you know that 62% of agents spend an hour or more each day marketing and advertising themselves and their personal brand?  Although I believe marketing to be an important part of any business plan I always work hard to make each and every client my priority.  I cannot provide one on one personal service if my business plan is modelled in such a way that expanding my customer base is the only way to be successful!!!  I believe in the power of the referral.  Making you “the client” happy is my first and foremost concern.  I have high standards and so should you!

The most important aspect of life is family.  My end goal is not gaining another transaction but rather to build long lasting relationships with families across Simcoe County.

I am a proud father of three beautiful, intelligent and energetic girls; soon to be four this coming October!  Growing up in a large family, being a husband and father has highlighted the importance of being dedicated, hardworking, dependable and truthful in everything that I do.  When you decide to choose me as your Realtor you become the most important person in my life AFTER my family.  This means that when my feet hit the floor in the morning I’m thinking of YOU, and I’m working hard for YOU until my head hits the pillow at night!!!
