Burlington Real Estate - Community Review - The "Orchard"

The Burlington Real Estate spring market has been very hot.  You may have noticed "For Sale" signs popping up all around your neighbourhood. 

I thought I would do a little community review on one of Burlington's hottest area's, the Orchard as of June 3/10.

 The area that I have included is a bit larger than the photo below.  The area that was searched is as far west as Appleby Line, north of Upper Middle Road, south of Dundas, east of Burloak.

  • Detached: 16 starting at $369,900
