Home Prices In The Local Area - June 2009 Better Than June 2008

 

 Finally some great news in the economy, well the Real Estate Economy that is! 

 

  • June 2009 - 401 number of residential sales
  • June 2008 - 341 number of residential sales
  • 18% change

This is a good sign that the market is rebounding. 

Overall year to date stats are slightly below last year, due in part to the slow first quarter:

  • 1587 number of residential sales YTD 2009
  • 1804 number of residential sales YTD 2008
