Aside from his 60 hour work week he finds the time to navigate the board towards improving the Real Estate Industry and the services it offers to the public. 2. Prior Military Service as an Infantry Officer
He served as a 2nd Lieutenant with the Lorne Scots. Having trained in toronto armories, and bases in Borden and Meaford as well as in the Brampton, Georgetown Regiments.
3. Successful Real Estate Investor
Having owned over 4 homes in my life, I use the power of leverage to ensure my money is earning me the best possible returns. I do this by owning property in highly populated city's with high potential for growth. Currently I own 4 rental units across the GTA.
Brad has over 8 years of post secondary education, 4 years at Brock University studying Entrepreneurship and Marketing, 2 years at Seneca studying mortgages and Finance and continues to study courses at the Ontario Real Estate College, for you guessed it, Real Estate. Brad is a strong believer of constant improvement, he does not believe on resting on his past successes.

Brad has always striven to be a top producer in his office at century 21. In fact there is a good reason Brad choose to work for this specific office located between Brampton and Mississauga s border. Not only is this office central so he can serve his clientele across Peel, but Century 21 Millennium happens to be ranked #7 in Canada! By surrounding himself with the best Brad knows he can do no less. Brad currently holds 9th place in his office of just over 100 agents and hopes to continue his success as the top producer, with your help of course.

As a Sole Proprietor Brad is forced to wear many hats, from; CEO, CFO, Owner Operator, Marketing and Advertising Manager, Publicity Director, Secretary, Customer Relations, Sales representative, and the list goes on. The point I am making is that Brad realizes running after new business his whole career is not a sustainable business model. He realized that working with past clients family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors, allows him to provide more service to his clients as well as building stronger levels of trust. This is why he holds annual client appreciation parties and sends out promotions and mailers to his past clients. He hopes that by working with his clients he will one day be able to create his entire book of business entirely through referrals!
7. Gives back to his community
Brad takes great pride in giving back to his local community. He feels that an important part of being successful is showing others that it is better to give then receive. Having had the privilege of benefiting from the big brother and sisters foundation as a child he donates a portion of his proceeds from every transaction he sells to helping under privileged children in his community. This is just one of the ways he chooses to give back. By helping others in their time of need he is returning the favor he received as a child.
8. A Family Man
As some may wonder how Brad has been able to accomplish so much in soo little time, it is most certainly a result of his one of a kind wife! Lianna Mayer-Harman is a Paramedic with the Canadian Air Force, she has been the main lady behind Brad from the very beginning of his Real Estate Career. Thanks to Lianna Brad also has two fantastic children, a 6 year old Son (Benjamin) and a 1 year old daughter (Isabelle).
