I specialize in Buying and Selling Single Family Properties in the Central Okanagan.
With a trading area of approximately 150,000 people, it is relatively effective to properly service clients on both sides of Lake Okanagan. I live and do most of my promotional work on the east side of the bridge [Kelowna proper] and within this area, I Focus Primarily on the Upper and Lower Mission Communities. I know and understand the Schools, the Amenities, the Official Community Plan [future development] and most important, I live here and know the area. I am well respected by the other agents in my industry and am often looked to for guidance and for lists, details and suggestions about the properties I have listed for sale .
Understanding the concept of effectively "not being able to be all things to all people" I have chosen to forgo all activity in both Commercial Real Estate and Property Management and focus strictly on Residential Real Estate with Single Family Homes being my specialty.
