Best places to Live, Work & Play

MoneySense <http://www.moneysense.ca/> rates all 180 Canadian cities with a population of 10,000 or more in a variety of categories to determine which urban areas offer the best places to live, work and play. Categories include: weather, affordable housing, household income, discretionary income, new cars on the road, job prospects, population growth, health care access, low crime and ability to walk or bike to work.

A city has to score well in all categories to come out on top. Out of 180 cities, Saskatoon <http://www.moneysense.ca/2011/03/18/top-25-best-places-to-live/15-saskatoon/> ranked #15, Regina <http://www.moneysense.ca/2011/03/18/top-25-best-places-to-live/23-regina/> #23.
