Real Estate Sales Fees for Service

For 25 years now I have been asked the same question by many home sellers and that question is, 'what are you going to do to market my property?' If you think about this, it's a very good question because I am being asked (indirectly) what am I going to do for the fee for service?

The answer I give normally determine if the potential seller is going to work with me, so I always answer this with the assistance of a visual PowerPoint presentation.  The presentation is two fold, first it is to make sure I cover all the important pointsto help the potential seller make a good decision and secondly it is for the potential client to see exactly what they are getting when they work with me.

Generally, most potential sellers talk with more than one Realtor when they are thinking of selling their home and many people thing all Realtors and services are the same, therefore, the cheapest commission fee will net the most dollars.  Unfortunately, this is rarely the case.  An experienced, well trained Realtor will have a proven track record, can show you their list to sales price ratio, and most importantly, can make your selling process seems stress free and easy. 

If you are thinking of selling your home, I invite you to use me as a measuring stick when comparing Realtors.  If  someones marketing plan, negotiating skills, success ratio and market knowledge is superior to mine, then I suggest you go with them.  But if I am equal to or better, work with me, you'll be glad you did.
