Recently, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing announced a new wave of funding for the Canada-Ontario Affordable Homeownership Program.

We understand this program to assist first time home buyers with a grant for their down payment, is coming back this month or the next. Details to follow. It is our understanding the same eligibility requirements will continue. We estimate the qualifications as noted below:
* household income less than $62,800
* assets can not exceed $20,00
