I am a lifelong resident of the North Bay Region (except for a few years in Toronto) and I know the area well.  I provide bilingual (English/French), Award Winning service to clients from Sturgeon Falls to North Bay to Mattawa to Powassan and all points in between.  I have listed and sold rural properties with acreage, executive homes, waterfront homes, starter homes, vacant land, condominiums, islands and cottages. 

Although I am proud of the service I provide all my clients, I am particularly good with first time home buyers and transitioning seniors.  I fully understand the personal stress involved when a client is buying his or her home....whether it is their first or last.  My goal is to protect and advise my clients in one of the most significant personal and financial decisions of their life.
