Or is it??
There's less than a week until the official start to spring!
But for a day when many of us wanted to stay in bed this morning after St Paddy’s day we were lucky to wake up to about 10 cm of snow.
Snow started accumulating overnight. Environment Canada says many areas have received 10 to 15 cm of snow, with an additional 5 to 10 cm expected today. A snow fall warning was in effect for Winnipeg on Monday morning.
Winds of 40 km/h gusting to 60 are forecast for today and tonight. The expected low for today is - 18 C, or - 28 with the windchill.
Looking at the weather forecasts for the next few days, things are looking up, sunny skies ahead!
