The average price of a detached home in Markham is up by 5% compared to February 2012 however, the number of listings is down by 20% and the number of days on the market continues to increase as buyers are looking for more options.  Low interest rates will continue to make borrowing affordable thruout 2013.  **LOW inventory continues to be a problem for buyers and sellers.**
