Market Conditions Promote Price Growth in April
Both new listings during the month and active listings at the end of April were up on a year-over-year basis as reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board. In Markham the number of detached homes SOLD in April 2013 was down by 3% compared to April 2012, however, the average price of detached homes SOLD was up by almost 5%
