Market Area Update - STRONG START TO 2015
Home price growth is forecast to continue in 2015. Lower borrowing costs will largely mitigate price growth this year, which means affordability will remain in check.
The average selling price for a Detached home in Markham was up by 8% compared to January 2014.
The number of New Listings increased 15% compared to the same period. It would appear that more sellers are getting a jump on the Spring Market this year.
