BC Northern Real Estate Board just released 2010 results for Fort St, John, last year we saw 654 properties sell, 319 were single family residential, 93 parcels of vacant land, 43 half duplexes, 22 apartment units, 42 homes on acreages, 33 manufactured homes in parks and 62 on land.
The average selling price for 2010 was $317,760.00 up from 2009 at $303,965.00 and only 319 single family residential ...
