Thought I would take a second to give you some client/agent feedback. I remember when you were first starting out, My family needed an agent to sell a little bungalow down in Toronto. I said I knew a guy who could help. Knowing fully that you were just starting out and not sure if you were even able to sell outside your real estate board. You showed up to your first listing agreement with the Furlano Family, I remember the look on my families face (mostly my mom and grandmother) I felt as though they were a tad unsure of whether or not you were capable of the job. I knew long before you got there that you were a friend first. Helping sell a house came second. We were asking for a considerable amount over market value. You sold the house in 2 days. I was a kid still in university who wasn’t too sure about what the future brought and how I'd pay the bills once the ride ended. You inspired me. That day sitting at a dinner table with my entire extended Italian family. (Which is not a simple feat) You've always trailblazed your way through life. It reminded me a little of myself. You were the reason I decided to go back to school fresh out of Uni to get my real estate license. You brought me into C21 and again went above and beyond by opening up your office to share with me... Helped show me the ropes. Spent your most valuable resource on me. Your time.. And held my hand until I was able to walk on my own. I had a wonderful experience in real estate and in those two years, I learnt a lot about myself and met some really amazing people along the way. Thank you for that. Fast forward.... Jan 2013. I'm selling my house on Butternut. Naturally.. you're the first/only person I call. This time however was a much different experience than the wrinkled suit friend who showed up in the blue Honda civic. This time you show up with a game plan, awesome feature sheets, a house cleaned top to bottom (again provided by you) The house again sells... In 1 day. There is no question as to WHY you are Barrie's #1 agent. The real question here (and Im sure some agents would pay a lot of money for this answer lol) is HOW you are Barrie's #1. I know you're extremely modest, which is exactly why you need to hear these words. It's not about your ability to buy/sell real estate. Real Estate is nothing but a commodity. It's about your ability to continue to strive forward. Never looking backwards. Always finding a way. Im as inspired today as i was sitting at that dinner table 7 years ago. Thanks, For everything.
