Welcome to Our Website

Our names are Jason Challenger and John Ireland. We are with Century 21 Pinnacle Realty which services the City of Kawartha Lakes. We have grown up in this area and consider it an honour to help promote it.  This region boasts many beautiful lakes and landscapes that can only be surpassed by the quality of the people that reside in it. In my opinion, success is measured by the number of positive relationships created with clientele and professionals touching my industry.  With the infinite amount of information available at a consumers fingertips the window to capture their attention is getting smaller and smaller.  Attitude, dedication and having the necessary tools to do this is vital. Communication with colleagues and other professionals gives the ability to provide clientele with the information they need to make informed decisions. This, plus the use of technology, photography, strategic analysis and valuable experience is essential in ensuring that my clients get maximum results.  With this said, I try to adhere to the following rules on a day to day basis.

  3. Make interacting with clients easy and pleasureable

No Look Book Policy

When mass information is available at someone's fingertips, the window of opportunity to capture a buyer is short and can close as quickly as it opens.  In todays's world, time is the only true finite resource. When a showing request is made, it is clear that there is interest in the property.  However, the schedules of Buyers, Sellers and Ourselves don't always match up to make a showing possible.  As such, we have made the adjustments in our business to make sure that a Buyer can see a listing within their schedule by implementing a NO LOOK BOOK policy. Between ourselves, utilizing the resources of Century 21 Pinnacle, the two office locations of Lindsay and Beaverton, and the 40+ sales representatives employed there, a sales representative will be available to show our listings upon request. A Buyer will never be turned away due to our schedules.

Home Buyer Tips


When buying a home, there are always alot of questions.  The largest being "how do I go about buying a home?" or "its been so long I cant remember how".  A good real estate representative knows exactly where you are coming from and should have a plan in place to help you. 

This plan will consist of:

  1. Trying to know you and what your needs are and what your future plans are.
  2. Showing you homes and pointing out things that a less experienced person may not be able to see.
  3. Mentally preparing you from the start of the offer process, conditional acceptance and closing.
  4. Introducing you to quality Home Inspectors, Lawyers and Mortgage Professionals.

Remember your real estate representative should be your team captain and coach.  However do not be afraid to ask questions and to be open with them,  This is vital to your happiness and well being.
