No Look Book Policy

When mass information is available at someone's fingertips, the window of opportunity to capture a buyer is short and can close as quickly as it opens.  In todays's world, time is the only true finite resource. When a showing request is made, it is clear that there is interest in the property.  However, the schedules of Buyers, Sellers and Ourselves don't always match up to make a showing possible.  As such, we have made the adjustments in our business to make sure that a Buyer can see a listing within their schedule by implementing a NO LOOK BOOK policy. Between ourselves, utilizing the resources of Century 21 Pinnacle, the two office locations of Lindsay and Beaverton, and the 40+ sales representatives employed there, a sales representative will be available to show our listings upon request. A Buyer will never be turned away due to our schedules.
