MoneySense ranks Saskatoon and Regina as two of the “Top 25 Best Places to Live” in Canada in 2011.
MoneySense rates all 180 Canadian cities with a population of 10,000 or more in a variety of categories to determine which urban areas offer the best places to live, work and play. Categories include: weather, affordable housing, household income, discretionary income, new cars on the road, job prospects, population growth, health care access, low crime and ability to walk or bike to work.
A city has to score well in all categories to come out on top. Out of 180 cities, Regina ranked #23.
