Are the markets “Really" that bad, the big question of the day or even the year. It really depends on how you look at it, a 9% increase in active homes which means more available for the buyers to review and decide upon, a 20% increase in expired homes which makes you wonder why??
If I am selling the homes that I have for sale then why did 20% not sell??
A 5% drop drop in sales, not really that bad. A moderate drop given that its an overall average of the whole province .
