When you invite me to sell your home for you, here’s what I’ll do:

Determine the fair market value of your home. I will research what homes like yours have been sold for and what they are selling for currently. I will compare thoroughly and fairly. I will welcome your participation in the analysis of comparable properties and the development of a sales strategy. This way you can be satisfied that the listed price is the right price.

Help you maximize the appeal of your home to potential buyers by going through the details. First impressions are crucial. A lot of home buying is based on emotional appeal. Small things out of place or out of order can make the difference between choosing your house or another house. We’ll do the walk through together. When appointments are made to show your house, you will follow a simple checklist to ensure your house makes the best impression.

Implement a high-impact marketing plan to attract buyers and buyer agents.

  • Represent your house as attractively as possible on MLS (for agents) and on for the public. A lot of prospective buyers browse properties themselves and tell their agent what they want to see. We want them to ask to see your property.
  • Showcase your house on several of the most popular social sites, visited by tens of thousands of people daily, including home buyers.
  • Prepare a memorable home brochure. When buyers visit, we want them to remember your home afterwards, especially while they are looking at other properties. They leave with a full-colour high-quality feature sheet.
  • Gather feedback from buyer agents. When your house is shown, I ask the agent for feedback. Feedback helps us make adjustments to ensure your property stays attractive to buyers.

Keep you informed. On a regular basis, as agreed, I’ll be in touch with you. You want to know what’s happening, and I’ll make sure you do.
