I am doing very well in Sudbury Real Estate. 2010 was a great year for me personally. Marketing efforts on track. Trying to sort out Google Search Results for my area etc. Can anyone help?
In Greater Sudbury:
- Rental Vacancy rate is expected to go down below 1% in the next two years, presently at 3%, so would like to manage/develop a multi-residential project in the next year.
- Single family dweling listings are down from year to year comparison, but sales are up. Prices may go up if not stay strong. Market seems healthy for now.
