Christiane's Update - I am Getting Really Busy!

I sometimes wonder if this weather is going to improve but nonetheless I am keeping really busy in this awesome Spring Real Estate Market! There's lots of activity going on - two new listings this week, and a sale coming together today really makes me smile! There is however a shortage of listings in certain price ranges and neighbourhoods and this is the best selling time of the year to be sure. We are aggressively seeking out those folks that want to move up or size-down as it is the opportune time to get your home on the market. The other good news is that military buyers are starting to come into town for their house finding trips, which is a welcome sign of spring and good times ahead!
